Keystone Professional Implementation Services

Infrastructure configuration
MGA provides advice on IT Infrastructure Architecture with reviews and up to date recommendations. This includes Keystones latest web architecture with the Keystone Professional 2002 version. The MGA team has assisted most of the major Keystone clients in the US and Australian markets. Systems are configured optimally, by balancing performance against cost to maximum value.

Database operation configuration
MGA's expert technical team is able to install and configure the database on the chosen hardware to minimise the risk of future problems. We provide training to IT staff on optimal configuration techniques and high level database operations. Once the infrastructure installation is complete your in house team or MGA are able to support it proactively.

Conversion Optimisation
During conversion, MGA provide advice on performance of the conversion scripts to minimise the time required for testing and implementation. This is achieved through collaboration with in house Keystone Professional implementation team to provide maximum benefits at a very reasonable price. By way of example, MGA have been involved in configurations where scripts that have taken over ten hours to complete have been optimised to reduce this to less than two hours. This service is performed on an as required basis.

Management Reporting / End of Month Reporting Suite
MGA write custom Keystone reports with web front ends in a variety of architectures, with some recent projects being completed in J2EE. MGA focuses on expectations and solid requirements and will work with either our strategic partners who specialise in business and functional design or you in house specialist team.

Keystone oracle reports customisation
MGA can assist in customisation of the Keystone oracle reports (such as Cheques and Receipts) to suite the client requirements. MGA can also help in customisation of the invoice formats and the attachments.

Keystone Active Notifications
Implementing Keystone's "Active Notifications" will streamline your business practices By working closely with business the MGA team design and develop the Active Notifications that will be effective in the implementation of Best Practice.

Interface development
Keystone Professional interfaces have been successfully deployed at all MGA client sites to simplify and speed up business processes. Examples of interfaces include, disbursement recover systems, HR or CRM systems. MGA will work with you to ensure the process and solutions selected best meet your business requirements.

Oracle Upgrades
MGA can assist in upgrading the Keystone Professional Oracle database to the latest Keystone supported version of Oracle. MGA have recently implemented Keystone on Oracle 9.2 and have a high level of experience with Oracle 8.1.7. The process includes; end to end testing, project and change management to ensure a smooth transition with a low impact on the user community. As with our other services, the emphasis is on performance and future proofing the system from risks.

Database administration
Database administration support for the Keystone Professional Oracle databases is achieved via a combination of pro-active monitoring, planning and emergency response when required. MGA offer different levels of support, Bronze, Silver and Gold to ensure your requirements are met.
