With the release of PricePoint over Easter we implemented a number of database changes.
Over the past 3 weeks we have been monitoring the changes and I’m really pleased to report that we have achieved what we set out to – the database size is now just a 10th of what it was following the Early Go Live in October and we have improved the speed of the application.
Importantly, the proactive maintenance of the database means it will continue to support the business and ensures we meet and exceed the business expectations for application availability.
I would echo [Client]’s thanks to [MGA personnel] who has been very proactive in making suggestions and contributing to our solution designs to ensure that what we do not only works, but that it delivers better outcomes to our end users.
